GoPro cameras have always had a wide field of view in order to maximise the amount you can capture in a single shot. Their two popular shooting modes are Wide and SuperView, which both work well point of view footage, selfies and regular content.
The default shooting mode is a 4:3 frame, able to capture a very wide field of view with the classic action camera fisheye style frame. This is great for basic filming if you’re not too worried about capturing absolutely everything in one shot.
SuperView provides a much broader scope of vision, extending the frame size from 4:3 to 16:9. The additional sensor data on both sides of the camera allows users to get a wider peripheral view while shooting. If you’re looking to capture more immersive footage, this mode is your preferred setting – being able to see more of the bike and your surroundings from the POV of the Dango mount.
Both Wide and SuperView are available on GoPro Hero 7 to 11 models.
This product is a bit of an investment, however it will help you create incredibly professional content. With the GoPro Max Lens Mod, you can capture level footage powerful horizon lock in horizontal or vertical orientation. It also adds stabilization to the video for a smooth final product. The only downside is that it does crop the frame.

With any camera setup, it can be difficult to get the exact camera angle you are looking for. Our adapter pack comes equipped with 3 adapters for the most suitable arrangement. The adapters allow you to push the camera away from the helmet to allow you to angle the camera back up to get more of the horizon into the shot, if you are an aggressive rider we highly recommend.

Getting that POV shot is awesome but when making videos it can be fun to change up the perspective, especially when riding with mates. Try clipping the Dango Gripper to your backpack or the back seat of your motorbike to be able to capture the action happening behind you.
